ABOUT CEO

Tharanga Weerarathne is the founder and CEO of LavinGo Travels. He is one of the best leaders that any employee in any organization would like to have on their work premises because more than a CEO and a director, he is a good leader who leads his followers to the right destination so as the clients of the LavinGo Travels as they do not wander without a proper itinerary plan and careful coordination.

Along with more than Fourteen years of experience in the travel and tour industry in Sri Lanka, he gained the necessary knowledge and expertise related to the tourism industry by graduating from one of the reputed state universities in Sri Lanka as a graduate in Tourism and Travel Services Management in 2009. This enabled him to lend a supportive hand to his employees to improve and develop their unique talents to anticipate the change as the world goes on, and made them enable continuous transformation so that LavinGo Travels can reach beyond the clients’ expectations.

Mr. Tharanga firmly believes we should do something now as success comes only if we avoid the delay. The more you work, the more you win is his life’s motto.
